1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SwiftE (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

SwiftE is operated by Compound Works, LLC, doing business as SwiftE (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

SwiftE is a software tool designed to help U.S. rental property owners organize income, expenses, and documents related to IRS Schedule E reporting.

SwiftE is a data organization and reporting tool only.

SwiftE does not:

• Provide tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice
• Prepare, file, or submit tax returns
• Determine tax treatment, eligibility, or compliance with tax law
• Calculate depreciation or guarantee tax outcomes

Use of the Service does not create a professional-client relationship.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and completeness of data entered
• Proper classification of expenses and capital improvements
• Reviewing outputs before relying on them
• Consulting a qualified U.S. tax professional before filing taxes

You acknowledge that incorrect classification or reliance on outputs may result in inaccurate tax filings.

4. No Professional Advice Disclaimer

All information provided by SwiftE is for informational and organizational purposes only.

Nothing in the Service constitutes tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice.

5. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

6. Fees and Payments

Certain features of the Service require payment.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Fees grant access to software features only
• Fees are subject to our refund policy (see Section 7)
• Fees do not guarantee deductions, tax savings, or audit outcomes

Pricing and access terms are disclosed prior to purchase.

7. Refund Policy

Unused credits: Full refund within 30 days of purchase if you haven't created any properties or uploaded any receipts or transactions.

Partially used packs: We'll refund the value of unused credits from your pack within 30 days of purchase.

Used credits: Once a credit is used to process a property, it is non-refundable — you've received the completed output.

After 30 days: Unused credits can be converted to account credit rather than cash refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, and designs associated with SwiftE are owned by or licensed to Compound Works, LLC.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Use the Service unlawfully
• Attempt to misuse, scrape, or exploit the platform

You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law, Compound Works, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Tax penalties, interest, or audit outcomes
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the prior twelve (12) months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Compound Works, LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or from inaccurate tax filings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
