We want you to be completely satisfied with SwiftE. If our service doesn't meet your needs, we offer a fair and transparent refund policy based on actual usage.

Refund Terms

Unused Credits

Full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. This applies if you haven't created any properties or uploaded any receipts or transactions.

Partially Used Packs

We'll refund the value of unused credits from your pack within 30 days of purchase. For example, if you purchased a 5-property pass for $59 but only created 2 properties, we'll refund you for the 3 unused property slots on a pro-rated basis.

Used Credits

Once a credit is used to process a property (meaning you've created the property and uploaded receipts or transactions), it is non-refundable — you've received the completed output and our AI processing services.

After 30 Days

Unused credits can be converted to account credit rather than a cash refund. Account credits can be used toward future tax years or additional properties.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@swift-e.com with your account email and purchase details. We typically process refund requests within 2-3 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
